July 1, 2009: The Office of the People's Counsel is pleased to introduce its completely redesigned website at http://www.opc-dc.gov. While the address has not changed, but there is a fresh look and feel.

The website was redesigned not only to change its look, but to allow more user interaction. The site has improved user-friendliness and easy access to information.

The new website features an online complaint form, making it simpler to file a utility complaint with OPC. There are several functionalities, including Image Gallery and Video Gallery.

You can subscribe to news and announcements and calculate your utility bill online.
